6.0L Cylinder Head Agreement (18mm & 20mm)
Customers are responsible for verifying the correct cylinder head size (18mm or 20mm) prior to ordering.
If an incorrect size is ordered and an exchange is requested:
• Customer is responsible for all shipping costs both directions
• Replacement cylinder heads ship only after original heads are received and inspected
• Installed or modified cylinder heads are not eligible for return or exchange
• Returned heads must be properly packaged and returned in resellable condition
• Damage occurring during return shipping may result in a 25% restocking fee
• If gaskets were ordered with the cylinder heads, all gaskets must be returned unused
• Dynamic Diesel reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges involving damaged or unacceptable components
