Upgrade your 2003–2010 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke engine with this all-in-one Top End Solution Kit. This kit includes new O-ringed cylinder heads, a complete upper gasket set, and strong ARP 2000 series head studs for better head gasket retention and reliability.
Choose between 18mm or 20mm cylinder heads to match your engine. Each head features 32 tungsten carbide hardened valve seat inserts and precisely honed iron matrix valve guides for improved lubrication and long-lasting use. Thick, heavy-duty castings replace the originals for more strength. Every part is pressure tested and vacuum checked to ensure quality and dependable performance in any condition.

6.0L Cylinder Head Agreement (18mm & 20mm)
Customers are responsible for verifying the correct cylinder head size (18mm or 20mm) before ordering.
If an incorrect size is ordered and an exchange is requested:
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs both ways.
- Replacement cylinder heads will ship only after the original set is received and inspected.
- Installed or modified cylinder heads are not eligible for return or exchange.
- All returned cylinder heads must be properly packaged and returned in resellable condition.
- If damage occurs during return shipping, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
- If cylinder head gaskets were ordered with the cylinder heads, all gaskets must be returned unused with the exchange.
- Dynamic Diesel reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if parts are damaged or not returned in acceptable condition.
