Premium DDPM 6.0L Ford Powerstroke diesel cylinder head set with O-ring design, crafted from 100% brand new heavy-duty castings that meet strict quality standards. These heads address common weaknesses in factory castings by incorporating a higher nickel content and a thicker deck surface, resulting in a stronger, more rigid structure that enhances performance and durability.
Key enhancements include hardened alloy valve seat inserts for increased resistance to wear and cracking. The heads feature reinforced material around the injector bores and strengthened injector bolt holes to prevent cracking and ensure long-term reliability under high-stress conditions. All machining is performed in-house to guarantee precision and consistent quality.
Our O-ringed heads virtually eliminate head gasket issues by using a receiver groove machined into the deck surface. Stainless steel wire, made in the USA, is pressed into this groove and protrudes slightly, applying extra pressure to all layers of the MLS gaskets. This design effectively seals combustion pressure without requiring special block machining—simply prep the block deck to be clean, dry, and flat.
