This kit includes a full upper and lower Mahle gasket set—Mahle HS54450 and CS54450—covering all vital seals and gaskets for oil pan, oil filter, o-rings, timing cover, oil pump inlet, EGR valve/cooler, oil manifold, cylinder heads, valve covers, fuel injection grommets, injection nozzle washers, intake manifold, oil cooler, thermostat, throttle body, turbo air fittings, turbo oil drain, exhaust manifold/pipe, crankshaft cover, rear main seal, valve cover gaskets, valve stem seals, and more.

Important Ordering Information

For best results, have your engine cylinders measured by a qualified machine shop before ordering and specify the correct piston size at checkout. Changes to piston size after shipment will incur restocking and shipping fees. Ceramic-coated or machined pistons are non-exchangeable. Accurate measurements prevent costly delays and returns.

6.0L Cylinder Head Agreement (18mm & 20mm)

Customers are responsible for verifying the correct cylinder head size (18mm or 20mm) before ordering.

If an incorrect size is ordered and an exchange is requested:

• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs both ways.
• Replacement cylinder heads will ship only after the original set is received and inspected.
• Installed or modified cylinder heads are not eligible for return or exchange.
• All returned cylinder heads must be properly packaged and returned in resellable condition.
• If damage occurs during return shipping, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
• If cylinder head gaskets were ordered with the cylinder heads, all gaskets must be returned unused with the exchange.
• Dynamic Diesel reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if parts are damaged or not returned in acceptable condition.
