6.4L Ford Powerstroke ARP Rod Bolt Kit
This ARP replacement connecting rod bolt kit fits 2003-2010 Ford Powerstroke engines. ARP2000 material gives these bolts high tensile strength, rated around 200,000 psi. The bolts provide ample clamping force to keep cylinder heads secure during operation.
After heat treatment, technicians roll the threads to improve fatigue resistance. Centerless grinding guarantees perfect concentricity. Broached stud ends simplify installation and make cylinder head removal easier. The kit also includes chrome moly steel 12-point nuts and parallel-ground washers for reliable fastening.
