The KC Jetfire S2R Gen 2 Dual Ball Bearing Turbo is designed for drivers who want strong power gains, quick response, and excellent drivability without sacrificing reliability. It works well with stock injectors and performs even better with larger injector setups up to 190cc, making it ideal for both street-driven trucks and performance builds.
Unlike traditional journal-bearing turbos, the dual ball bearing design reduces friction and improves spool. As a result, the S2R delivers smooth power across the RPM range while maintaining strong low-end performance.

KC S2R Gen 2 Turbo Exhaust Brake Compatibility
This turbo can retain OEM exhaust brake functionality when vehicle calibration supports it. However, some aftermarket exhaust brake systems may restrict exhaust flow or create excessive backpressure. Flapper-style systems are not recommended, as they can negatively affect turbocharger and engine longevity.
