Manton Series 3 Pushrods | 3/8″ Diameter | 7.3L Powerstroke (1994-2003)
Manton Series 3 Pushrods are a significant upgrade over factory pushrods for 1994-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke engines. Manufactured from premium 4130/4135 seamless chromoly tubing with billet steel tip ends, these pushrods are engineered to provide improved strength, durability, and valvetrain stability in towing, street performance, and moderate horsepower applications.
Factory pushrods can become a weak link as cylinder pressures and valvetrain loads increase. Manton’s 3-piece design helps reduce deflection, maintain accurate valve timing, and extend valvetrain service life. Billet steel tips are CNC machined from 86L20 bar stock, then core hardened and triple tempered for exceptional wear resistance and long-term reliability.
The 3/8″ diameter Series 3 pushrods are ideal for stock replacement, towing applications, daily drivers, and moderate performance builds. For extreme horsepower, excessive RPM, or competition use, Manton recommends stepping up to their Series 5 line.
