Description
Manton Series 5 Pushrods for 6.7L Powerstroke
The factory 5/16″ pushrods found in the 2011+ Ford 6.7L Powerstroke were designed for stock performance levels and can become a weak point as horsepower, boost pressure, and cylinder pressure increase. Manton Series 5 Pushrods provide a significant upgrade in strength and durability for high-performance street, towing, and competition applications.
Manufactured from premium 4130/4135 seamless chromoly tubing and finished with billet steel tip ends, these pushrods are engineered to handle the increased demands of modified diesel engines. The billet tips are CNC-machined from 86L20 bar stock, then core hardened and triple tempered for superior wear resistance and long-term reliability.
The larger 3/8″ diameter design nearly doubles the load capacity compared to factory 5/16″ pushrods while fitting without modification. Increased rigidity helps maintain accurate valve timing, reduce pushrod deflection, and improve overall valvetrain stability under extreme operating conditions.
Series 5 pushrods feature approximately 105,000 PSI greater tensile strength than Series 3 pushrods, making them the preferred choice for competition builds, high-boost applications, sled pulling, drag racing, and other extreme-duty environments.
Trusted in Top Fuel, Sprint Car, Tractor Pulling, Marine, and professional motorsports applications, Manton pushrods deliver the durability and performance serious engine builders demand.
