The S400 Non-VGT T4 Install Kit for the Ford 6.0 Power Stroke gives performance enthusiasts a reliable way to upgrade their turbo system. Because this kit is specifically designed for larger ported intake manifolds, it works perfectly with robust S400 frame turbos. Installation is straightforward, so users can upgrade with minimal hassle. If you prioritize racing performance, this kit delivers superior airflow and efficiency every time you hit the track.

At the core of the SCBI-S400 kit, you’ll find a billet 6061 aluminum pedestal and base plate. This solid foundation supports the turbocharger and ensures long-term strength. The kit also includes TIG-welded 304 stainless steel up pipes, which are heat-wrapped to withstand extreme temperatures. In addition, 321 stainless bellows add flexibility and help prevent cracking under stress. You can rely on the billet T4 flange, constructed from 304 stainless steel, for a secure connection. High-strength alloy M10 1.50 studs and copper-coated nuts further boost durability.

For easier installation, the kit provides a CNC-machined, stainless steel two-bolt flange that is 5/8″ thick, along with OEM heat-treated Ford hardware. You also receive a stainless braided oil feed line, fittings, and all necessary hardware. With these components, completing your installation is simple and efficient.
