Upgrade your 6.0L Powerstroke with the SoCal Billet S400/S400 Compound Turbo Kit. This kit is built for high-performance and racing applications, giving enthusiasts the power and reliability they need for serious use.
You get a pair of race-proven S400 T4 turbochargers to deliver strong, consistent boost. The CNC-machined Billet 6061 pedestal and 304 stainless steel up pipes are designed to withstand extreme heat and pressure. With heat-wrapped components, you reduce thermal loss and boost efficiency. The T6 mount, with its 304 stainless flange and clamp, ensures a secure and robust fit.
For extra durability, the kit includes a 3.5″ 304 stainless hot side intermediate pipe that’s also heat-wrapped to protect against heat damage. The 4″ downpipe fits inside the frame rail, optimizing both airflow and space. On the cold side, the 3″ aluminum intermediate pipe uses a V-band connection for a reliable, leak-free seal. The hot side intercooler pipe is v-banded at the turbo and attaches with a 7-ply boot and clamps for extra security. The one-piece cold side intercooler pipe, also paired with a 7-ply boot and clamps, ensures smooth airflow and top performance.
The kit comes with all necessary turbo feed and drain lines, plus easy-to-use fittings. You’ll also receive a new OEM oil pan with a -12 AN bung for the T6 drain line and a heat-sleeved T6 -12 drain hose to prevent heat issues. The billet dual battery relocation tray and custom air cleaner improve both function and appearance. An intake air temperature relocation fitting ensures accurate sensor readings for better tuning. This kit works with factory AC and OEM fans for convenience. SoCal Billet ships every kit securely via freight to ensure safe delivery.
