6.0L Cylinder Head Agreement (18mm & 20mm)
Customers are responsible for verifying the correct cylinder head size (18mm or 20mm) before ordering.
If an incorrect size is ordered and an exchange is requested:
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs both ways.
- Replacement cylinder heads will ship only after the original set is received and inspected.
- Installed or modified cylinder heads are not eligible for return or exchange.
- All returned cylinder heads must be properly packaged and returned in resellable condition.
- If damage occurs during return shipping, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
- If cylinder head gaskets were ordered with the cylinder heads, all gaskets must be returned unused with the exchange.
- Dynamic Diesel reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if parts are damaged or not returned in acceptable condition.
