The Ford Power Stroke Diesel 6.0L-6.4L Stage 2 Billet Camshaft & HD Lifter Package boosts your diesel engine’s performance and reliability. This premium kit includes 16 high-definition roller lifters and four OEM lifter guides, compatible with all 6.0L and 6.4L Power Stroke diesel engines from 2003 to 2010.
Crafted from premium billet steel in the USA, the camshaft features a completely redesigned profile with Smooth Lobe Ramp Rate Technology. This design significantly reduces cam and lifter failures. The camshaft receives induction heat treatment to twice the depth of factory cams, delivering exceptional durability and longevity. It lowers exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) and enhances horsepower, torque, and fuel efficiency across a broad RPM range.

Piston to Valve Clearance
- Keep valve recessions within factory specs (.013-.026 inches), with .022 to .024 inches ideal
- Ensure piston protrusion does not exceed .032 inches for drop-in fit
- Use billet or new OEM Ford pushrods
