Introducing our premium O-ring heads, meticulously crafted from 100% brand new heavy-duty castings that adhere to our stringent specifications. These heads have undergone significant enhancements to rectify common design flaws found in factory cylinder head castings. With an increased nickel content and a thicker deck surface, our O-ring heads offer a more robust and rigid casting, ensuring superior performance and longevity. Additionally, the incorporation of hardened alloy valve seat inserts enhances durability, making these heads an ideal choice for high-performance applications. Our 6.0 heads feature reinforced material around the injector bores and strengthened injector bolt holes, effectively preventing cracking and ensuring reliability under demanding conditions. All machining processes are conducted in-house, guaranteeing precision and quality in every product.

O-ring/Fire Ring all of our 6.0 Powerstroke heads because it virtually eliminates the head gasket issues.  A receiver groove is machined into the deck surface of the heads and our USA made stainless wire is pressed into the groove – the wire protrudes from the groove applying extra pressure to all layers of the MLS gaskets – sealing combustion pressure in the cylinder. Our O-ringed heads work with any standard “off the shelf” head gaskets, and don’t require any special machining of the block – just prep the deck surface ensuring the block is clean, dry, and flat.  valve guides are diamond honed to size leaving a smooth cross-hatch finish in the valve guide similar to the cylinder bore, which provides superior oiling and wear resistance.  The heads come ready to install, with a 12-month replacement warranty against defects in quality and workmanship.
