The 6.0L Ford Powerstroke Diesel HD Piston & Stage 2 Camshaft Package targets performance enthusiasts who want to upgrade their street strip trucks. This comprehensive package includes high-quality pistons with steel top ring grooves that provide long-lasting durability and reliability. The pistons feature Grafal moly-based friction coatings on the skirts, reducing wear and enhancing performance. Additionally, the plasma-coated steel top ring, ductile iron second ring, and two-piece oil ring work together to lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) and oil temperatures, which increases horsepower and improves fuel efficiency.

Customers must specify piston size when ordering. We offer reduced compression pistons for cylinder blocks milled more than .006 inches. Optional features include a soft radius bowl and valve relief design to eliminate sharp edges, as well as a superior Cerakote thermal management coating that outperforms traditional ceramic coatings.
Stage 2 Camshaft
The Stage 2 camshaft complements the piston package with a completely redesigned cam profile that reduces cam and lifter failures. Have your engine block cylinders measured at a machine shop before ordering to ensure you select the correct piston size. Changing piston size after processing and shipment will incur restocking and shipping fees. We do not accept returns or exchanges on pistons with ceramic coatings or machined pistons.
