Complete Gasket & Seal Set
This kit includes a complete gasket and seal set with everything required for a thorough engine rebuild. You’ll receive 4 oil pan gaskets, 1 oil filter gasket, a miscellaneous o-ring, and a timing cover gasket. The set also features an oil pump inlet gasket, EGR valve gasket, oil manifold gasket, miscellaneous washer, and 2 cylinder head gaskets. Additional components include a crank case cover gasket, 4 cylinder head plugs, 2 EGR cooler gaskets, another EGR valve gasket, 16 fuel injection grommets, 8 fuel injection o-rings, and 8 injection nozzle washers. You’ll find 13 intake manifold gaskets, 3 oil cooler gaskets, an oil cooler o-ring, thermostat gasket, 2 throttle body gaskets, 3 turbo air fitting gaskets, and 4 turbo oil drain gaskets. Also included are 4 valve cover gaskets, 20 valve cover grommets, a water outlet gasket, 2 exhaust manifold gaskets, 6 exhaust pipe gaskets, a crankshaft cover gasket, an additional timing cover gasket, a rear main seal, 2 more valve cover gaskets, and 32 valve stem seals—offering comprehensive coverage for every stage of your engine rebuild.

Please have your cylinders measured at a machine shop before ordering to ensure proper fitment. Changes to piston size after processing will incur restocking and shipping fees. Machined or ceramic-coated pistons are non-exchangeable.
