The 6.4L Powerstroke Diesel Stage 2 Billet Camshaft Valve Spring Kit boosts the performance of 2008-2010 International and Ford 6.4L Powerstroke engines. It features high-rev 100 lb valve springs that support a redesigned billet camshaft. This camshaft uses Smooth Lobe Ramp Rate Technology to reduce cam and lifter failures.
Made from USA billet steel and heat-treated deeper than factory specs, the camshaft lowers exhaust gas temperatures. It also increases horsepower, torque, and fuel efficiency. With 180/202 duration, .380/.385 lift, and a 107 LSA, it performs well in street and race applications—especially in modified trucks running 1600-4000 RPM.
This kit delivers 25 to 70+ horsepower gains when paired with supporting mods. It supports engine speeds up to 4500-5000 RPM. For best results, upgrade valve springs and pushrods. Note that the drive gear is not included and must be pressed off and on from your existing setup.
