Description
6.7L Powerstroke Diesel Fly Cut Piston Kit With Rings (2011–2019)
Build your 2011–2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke the right way with this Fly Cut Piston Kit with Rings, designed for high-performance camshaft clearance and heavy-duty reliability. These pistons support demanding towing, street/strip builds, and performance applications where standard pistons won’t clear aggressive cam profiles.
This kit fits 2011–2016 and 2017–2019 6.7L Power Stroke Diesel V8 engines and gives you the strength, coatings, and valve relief depth needed for serious builds.
Key Features
Fly Cut Valve Pockets
These pistons include .060″ deep valve pockets, giving proper clearance for Stage 2, Stage 3, and Stage 4 camshafts. They work with any manufacturer’s camshaft and support up to 2mm oversized valves.
Solid Roller Cam Ready Option
Need more clearance? Choose the .100″ deep valve pocket option, built specifically for solid roller cam applications.
Delip Options Available
Delipped piston options are available to support larger injector setups and high-performance fueling builds.
Heavy-Duty Steel Top Ring Groove
Each piston includes a steel top ring groove designed to handle high cylinder pressure and heat. Perfect for towing, long-distance driving, and high-load use.
