Manton Series 3 Pushrods for 6.0L & 6.4L Powerstroke

Manton Series 3 Pushrods are a direct replacement upgrade for 2003-2010 Ford 6.0L and 6.4L Powerstroke engines. Built from premium 4130/4135 seamless chromoly tubing with CNC-machined billet steel tips, these pushrods provide increased strength and improved valvetrain stability compared to factory components.

The stock 6.0L and 6.4L Powerstroke pushrods are nearly 10 inches long and can become a weak point as cylinder pressure, boost, and engine load increase. Manton’s Series 3 design helps reduce pushrod flex, maintain accurate valve timing, and improve long-term reliability in towing, daily driving, and moderate performance applications.

Each pushrod features billet steel tip ends machined from 86L20 bar stock, then core hardened and triple tempered for superior wear resistance and durability. Series 3 pushrods are rated for approximately 400-750 horsepower and provide roughly 170,000 PSI tensile strength, making them an excellent upgrade over OEM pushrods.

The 11/32″ diameter version is the largest diameter pushrod that drops into most applications without requiring modifications, making it an excellent choice for stock replacement, towing, sportsman diesel, and factory performance builds.
