Manton Series 3 Pushrods for 6.0L & 6.4L Powerstroke

The factory pushrods found in 6.0L and 6.4L Powerstroke engines are nearly 10 inches long and can become a weak link as cylinder pressure, boost, RPM, and valvetrain loads increase. Manton Series 3 Pushrods are engineered to provide the additional strength and stability needed for towing, performance, and heavy-duty applications.

Constructed from premium 4130/4135 seamless chromoly tubing with CNC-machined billet steel tips, these pushrods are designed to reduce flex, improve valve timing accuracy, and increase valvetrain reliability. Each tip is machined from 86L20 bar stock, then core hardened and triple tempered for maximum durability and long service life.

The 3/8-inch diameter design offers increased load capacity over factory pushrods while maintaining proper clearance within the cylinder head. Manton Series 3 pushrods are ideal for daily drivers, towing applications, and moderate horsepower builds ranging from stock replacement to approximately 400-750 horsepower.

For competition engines, extreme boost levels, or high-horsepower applications, Manton recommends upgrading to their Series 5 pushrods for additional rigidity and strength.
