6.4L Ford Power Stroke Diesel Performance Cylinder Head Set 2008-2010
These cylinder heads start with 100% brand-new, heavy-duty castings manufactured to exacting specifications. We have addressed several key design flaws found in factory castings by using higher nickel content and thicker deck surfaces to create a more rigid and durable casting. Hardened alloy valve seat inserts enhance longevity, and additional material around the injector bores, along with reinforced injector bolt holes, eliminate cracking issues common in the injector area. All finish machining is completed in-house to ensure precision.
O-ring Option:
A receiver groove is machined into the deck surface, where USA-made stainless steel wire is pressed in. This wire applies extra pressure to all MLS gasket layers, improving combustion sealing. These O-ringed heads work with standard “off the shelf” head gaskets and require no special block machining—simply prepare a clean, dry, and flat deck surface.
Valve Guides:
Diamond-honed valve guides provide a smooth cross-hatch finish similar to the cylinder bore, ensuring superior lubrication retention and wear resistance.
